Counselling and Psychotherapy
Still Reflection offers person-centred counselling and psychotherapy approaches with the focus on compassion, providing a judgement free space for our clients to feel at ease. Person-centred counselling is a form of talking therapy in which a trained professional supports individuals in exploring emotional difficulties and finding their own solutions within a confidential and safe environment. Rather than offering direct advice, the counsellor helps to gently guide the client to explore presenting issues, deepen self-understanding, and increase awareness of thoughts and feelings.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, otherwise known as CBT, is a form of therapy which focuses on specialised techniques which work to problem solve and challenge negative thoughts patterns. The desired outcome is to fulfil personal goals and manage issues with learnt skills. We work together to firstly identify issues presenting and to teach you practical coping skills and encourage positive thinking.
Hypnotherapy
Still Reflection Therapy offers professional hypnotherapy services helping guide clients to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that is used to alter negative thought patterns through guided relaxation and positive suggestion. This is done under hypnosis, where in a state of deep relaxation and concentration we can access our subconscious thoughts for positive shift.
Targetting issues with hypnotherapy include;
- Quit smoking - Anger Management
- Weight management - Pain Management
- Phobias - Confidence & low self-esteem
- Anxiety - Preparation for an event
Our Approach

The practice is owned by Eleanor Callow a qualified, professionally registered counsellor working under the ethics of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Still Reflection is committed to providing a comfortable, secure environment where clients can feel at ease, with full confidentiality and discretion assured at all times. The therapy treatment is client led, putting you in control of the pace and focus of your sessions. Alongside guiding you and gently challenging unhelpful thought patterns, we'll hold regular reviews to check in on your experience and ensure the therapeutic approach feels right for you.
We recognise that modern life is busy and demanding, which can make self-care feel challenging. That’s why we work with you to offer flexible session times, ensuring your mental health fits comfortably into your lifestyle. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or as you require.
Sessions offered are 50 minutes per session, with the exception if we are performing hypnotherapy which can run to up to 90 minutes.
Sessions are held face to face from my home in Bungay,
which sits on the border for Norfolk and Suffolk. I also operate sessions over the phone and online video for flexibility.
